    I think Mossberg's JIC Tubes are not immuned to severe rust. I know AZ is one of the most driest place in US too.

    Pre-93 perhaps?
    I wonder if the red on a lot of them is actually just the dirt they were buried in... a good deep cleaning and inspection might make them serviceable if it isn’t actually rust.

    Besides, everyone knows that if you coat your guns in a 50/50 gasoline/stop leak mix they won't rust. These guys were just amateurs.
