Default Above ground pool for my backyard?

After struggling for years with inflatable pools, we maybe ready to tale the leap:
Looking into a 12-15 ft above ground pool, solid walls, not that crappy leaky plastic liner that always ends up leaking before the end of the summer...
Not looking for a hot tub, spa or anything like it, just an oversized bath tub.
I must stay in the 3K range for pool and installation.
Google is not much help in finding retailers/installers.
    I found this:
    http://www.denverpoolsandspas.com/vikingpools.asp
But appears to be dealing mostly with in-ground pools and I can't get anybody to answer the phone, they just say to leave a message (not a great confidence builder...)
    Any suggestion?

Don't forget a 6' fence with gate that locks around it. If the property doesn't have one now.

I realize it's not exactly what you are talking about, but a family in my church has had one of these for 4 years with no issues.

For the price it's pretty hard to beat...

    Good point.
Is that a legal requirement these days?

I'm curious if that's the law too. I know several people with 3-4' fences around their pools, but not a full 6 footer....

it's considered an attractive nuisance by some ins. companies. They require it be set up to keep kids from climbing the fence (under 6') and ease of access. locked gate. or gate that is able to be secure.

County enforcement officials seem to have the final say.
My neighbor had to build one with a permitted hot tub in his back yard.
Our HOA only allows split rail fences due to the views, so he had to build a wire mesh fence above the split rail fence that still allowed views.
    Interesting result.

Pools are great but a pain in the ass to take care of.
