    Dang 36 people over....man I don't even know 36 people. It will just be the wife and I again, like it always is. We are originally from Chicago, so no family here and don't really kno wmany people. So we just enjoy each others company and are thankfull that we have each other.

    Chicago, man I am from Uzbekistan, I bet most people here don't even know where the hell it is. LOL
    enjoying each other company and being thankfull that we have each other is very true in my situation.

    22 pounder, cajun deepfried and then smoked over mesquite... a day long process, but the end result is totally worth it... AND, it's all my wifes idea. (She's a chef without the formal training... her cooking is mmmhmmmhmmmm good! lol)
