The recurring issue in this thread is "jurisdiction". Colorado law does not apply in Florida and vice versa.
Same with Mexico, you can legally have sex with an underage person, but in Colorado you can be charged as a child rapist. Having an ounce of marijuana in the UK can get you a prison sentence,in Colorado it is legal. Where a certain act occurs is considered "jurisdiction". Anybody have a cassowary I can adopt?
