Too sad.. a troubled teen that killed herself because she wasnt able to get the help she needed. A prime example of the failure of the gun control movement where 100% of the focus is on the gun and there is absolutely zero regard or desire for helping a fellow human being in a position of need.

She flew in on Monday and took an Uber to the gun store where she bought the shotgun lawfully. She then took another Uber to the Mt Evans area and got out carrying a cased shotgun and a duffel bag. She did not have adequate clothing or camping materials for the area and conditions. She shot herself just off the trail and she was found still wearing the clothing she flew to Denver in.
Her parents notified local law enforcement on Monday who, after reviewing online writings notified the local FBI office on Tuesday, who then notified the Denver FBI office. She was already dead before her information hit the news.
This was an incredible over reaction all around.

A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America ' for an amount of 'up to and including my life.'
That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.
