A friend of my brother has this thing and he asked me what it is. I really don't have a clue. So what on Earth is this thing.

Now that I look more closely at the pictures it's in a display of some kind. I think the friend may be full of crap but I still want to know.

Never seen one in person but it?s obviously a dickfer.
Seriously, no clue.
Likely a crafty art project of some kind would be my guess. The rotary contraption with the single stack magazines is pretty intricate.
Hopefully someone will have an answer if this thing is something real.
I tried zooming in to read the little description behind it but it gets too blurry. I can make out that it says something about WWI. I think.
You sir, are a specialist in the art of discovering a welcoming outcome of a particular situation....not a mechanic.
My feedback add 11-12 ish before the great servpocaylpse of 2012
Only one of them exists in the world, doubt your brothers friend has it but who knows.

Fascinating. I never would have guessed this thing was real.
Failed predecessor of the M3 machine gun. Amazing!
