Mine went up about 25% or so. Bill went up a couple hundred bucks.

I felt bad until I talked to Mom in Maryland and found out her property tax is about 2.5x what I pay for a house worth about the same.

Default 2 years from now it will end

90% increase on my land. 25% on my house. Not sure what that equates to on next years tax bill. Sinus pain is so bad, nothing else really matters.
I forecast extinction level event in 2021, so at least then my pain will end.

    Interesting changes.
Jeffco revalued my house because it was remodeled - we had 4 windows replaced by Andersen. WTF?
We have the smallest square footage in the neighborhood and are the second highest valued of all the other houses.
The protest procedures say you can not use MLS comps (Comparable Neighborhood houses sold in the past 18 months as reported to the Multiple Listing Service), but instead have to use the assessor's inflation adjusted formula. When did that change occur?
And, I read that the generous Democrats are taking away the Senior exemption this year.
I guess I am going to double pay for the free kindergarten
