I've been here nearly 25 years now and, unlike those who were just lucky enough to be born here & too lazy to leave, I actually chose to pick up and move here when I could have lived anywhere in the world. That has got to be good for something.

That is long enough to be native in my book.
I use word "grew up" in CA , but lived here the longest.

I still thank my parents for not moving to OR or WA after LA riot.
