Too bad... I thought they'd be a good show.

Saw them once when they opened for Metallica many years ago - "And Justice for All" tour IIRC. I remember they were good live, but I never got into them too much.
I saw them in 91 or 92.
Sang all of Mindcrime cover to cover. It was about a 2.5 hour show. Really good.

Which version of Queensryche played, the one with Michael Wilton and a few other members and a different singer or the one with Geoff Tate and various other musicians?
had to look it up, looks like the Milchael Wilton version.. was thinking of going, Steelheart still sounds great, the last live video of the current version of Great White that I saw was horrible.

Tate is no longer associated with Queensryche. There has only been one version of Queensryche since 2014.

Saw them on the promised land tour with type o negative opening.
I bet LEO likes noise complaints for concerts.
"We take citizen complaints seriously but we also couldn't interrupt the band without significant public relations issues, so we patiently waited near the stage until a break in the performance, when it was all concluded, and asked the band to keep the noise levels down from that point forward."
