Default I?m a left-wing anarchist. It?s time to reclaim guns from the right.

    https://www.vox.com/first-person/2019/7/1/18744204/guns-gun-control-anarchism

The long, forgotten history of pro-gun left-wing groups.

    Seems interesting.

Not everyone should have access to guns ? domestic abusers, for example, have proven by their actions that they cannot be trusted with that kind of responsibility ? and not everyone needs it. No one without a significant amount of training should be handling a firearm at all, which is why I think designated community patrols made up of well-trained, highly trusted individuals who are chosen by and held accountable to said community (and who do not hold any or less power than anyone else due to their position) is a far better and more equitable defense model than messy ?everyone gets a gun!? rhetoric.
Ah, so not really pro-gun, just pro-Leftist gun. Got it.

Just like free speech, profits from business, getting ahead in life.

Those are all OK if you're a (D), if you're not a (D) then your speech is restricted, you're a greedy bastard, and you got ahead by exploiting other people.

    like most leftists

Also anyone that identifies as any flavor of "anarchist" who turns around and starts recommending any rules, regulations, laws or restrictions on ANYTHING is clearly a hypocrite.

Modern liberalism is based on the idea that reality is obligated to conform to one's beliefs because; "I have the right to believe whatever I want".

With all the question marks in that, I read it in my head like some ditzy valley girls was saying it.

So like guns? Shouldn't be for everyone? Or whatever? Omigod!

Question marks keep Comrades alive when the boundaries of badthink are changed. "I was just asking guys, really. It's okay to ask questions, right?"

Hey now, these Anarchists are like any other that want free housing, healthcare, education, food, clothing, energy, sex changes, and recreational drugs. Because that's Anarchy.

Or they're Commies and realize that's dangerously closing to be Fascists.

The new hotness is "Automated Luxury Communism." Everything without work. If you just believe hard enough.

I had a realization about this just recently.

Insofar as anarchy represents an outlook in favor of tearing down the existing structures of a civilization, then it's not surprising that a lot of lefties claim to be anarchists.

Furthermore, given that Marxian politics seem to have an inbuilt feature of continuous "revolution" essentially without end, and that it encourages people to constantly try to tear down whatever societal structures exist (even if they're post -capitalist, -democratic, -theologic) then through that particular lens of crazy, big state lefties can always claim to be anarchists.

If there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to buy a gun, there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to vote.

For legal reasons, that's a joke.

I saw a movie where only the Government had guns.

    It was called "Schindlers List."

I will take a hard pass on his idea.

I don't think they intend to consult with you on the idea.

Claiming to be an anarchist fits their narrative better than Neo-Nazi.
