Wow, a joke really rubbed you the wrong way. Not even a joke, just the suggestion of the possibility of a joke (and even with the caveat of being an a$$hole for thinking it). Most comedic sketches do, in fact, get a few laughs at the expense of another group of people, with the underlying understanding that it’s just that - comedy, and not a real attack on those people. I humbly apologize for offending your sensibilities.
