Outdoor jackets? Anoraks?

I figure there are some outdoorsy guys here that might have a lead on what I am looking for.

I just am not using the right search terms in my online looking.

I have a small crew of guys who work outdoors in construction related activities. I really need them branded when around clients. I have gotten a few comments about an all weather jacket, like a zip front anorak would be much appreciated. Yeah, it is a little past jacket season, but by the time I get the jackets, get them stitched, it will almost be fall. I hate what is offered by the company logo providers, so I buy good stuff and get it stitched. What I need is a mountain anorak type hooded jacket with a full front zipper. Not nylon, something tougher. Big/deep hood. Black. Suggestions?
