Colorado Legislative School Safety Committee Hearing THURSDAY
The Colorado legislature has started an interim "School Safety Committee" in light of the tragic STEM School shooting in Highlands Ranch. This committee will be meeting outside of the regular legislative session, and consists of four democrats and four republicans, as well as a panel of "experts" who will have been invited to speak. These meetings will be at the Colorado State Capitol in the Old State Library. All meetings are open to the public and are expected to be over by noon. Although they will not be taking public comment during the meeting, you can submit YOUR public comment online here: http://www.leg.state.co.us/CLICS/csl...ges.nsf/SS.xsp
Bloomberg and his crony organizations have instructed the gun grabbers to "fill the room". This is because part of what they will be discussing will be next year's gun control legislation for when they reconvene in January. It is critical that everyone who cares about ensuring our kids are safe and protected in schools, while also maintaining our rights, attend and observe.
Rally for our Rights will be there, live streaming to our Facebook page, and releasing a highlight video after the meeting. If you can make it, please put the dates/times below on your calendar. The first meeting is this coming Thursday, July 11th at 9:00am. The gun grabbers must no longer be the only voice in these discussions when 98.7% of school shootings happen in Gun Free Zones!
If you cannot make it, please consider making a contribution which helps us ensure we have film equipment present for streaming and software to release video after. CLICK HERE to make a donation.
