    Default Red Flag and Facebook.

I had a friend reported to the CBI for his posts debating an anti gunner to the Governors office and CBI. The snowflake saw a post he had shared and reported it as an immediate threat. CBI called him to discuss and he wouldn't cough anything up until the CBI officer said he had seen the post elsewhere and said he only called to let him know he was being investigated and that the case was closed. His former boss and wife were called.

So simple lesson, make your FB posts and info only visible to close friends. I'm sure you all do. But the left wing wackos are testing the new red flag law out.

But do not be afraid to exercise your 1st ammendment rights and verbally slaughter the left with facts.

Unfortunately, we will be seeing more and more of this.

Anyone posting anywhere online under their real name is a fool. I don't care what Facebooks rules are, I had to set up an account to admin the FB page of the company I used to work for, so I did it under a fake name.

Stop using your real name anywhere online and do what you can to isolate your real name from the names you use to post on forums and etc.

Its just good opsec (that should be a tshirt).

No, be very afraid to exercise your 1st Amendment rights if you wish to keep your 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th or 8th amendment rights.

Speak your mind but never do it with your actual name. Time to become Silence Dogood, Publius, Federal Farmer, Brutus, John DeWitt, Cato and Pennsylvania Minority. It worked for the founding fathers (kept them from swinging from British ropes) it'll have to work for us.

Truth is the 1st amendment is effectively dead (and the rest of the constitution with it). Keep on fighting, but don't expect the fact that you used to have rights under the now dead US Constitution protect you from destruction from the left. You can keep fighting but it has to be a covert war. There's a reason Antifa assholes wear black hoodies and bandannas.

Just what exactly do you think the entire purpose of Red Flag and TAPS are?

Very well. The CBI wouldn't say who since threat was found to be not credible and the case was closed.

I have no problem using my real name on FB. It's been locked down since day one. The CBI can shove it.

Social media can't be used against you if you don't use it.

Most of the time it's the google searches that get you. Social media makes everyone groan, the pictures of your meal isn't too likely to be used.

He googled "Symptoms Dog Poisoning" in 1999, and here he is, accused of poisoning his neighbors dog in 2019! GUILTY
Slightly exaggerated, but that shit happens all the time. Get someone's search history and you could make them appear guilty of killing JFK to any jury if need be.

Colorado's Red Flag law doesn't apply to random people, right? Aren't the only people that are legally allowed to report someone as a red flag to facilitate a court ordered confiscation family, roommates, etc?
