I would like to see the content of the message that someone flagged as an immediate threat
Good PSA.
I don't do anything under my real name but I could easily be found by LE just via IP. I've looked into VPN but for work I can't necessarily use it on all jobs.
I also don't post any threatening messages to Libs (or anyone else). I'm very careful to point to consequences as being general for this reason. But I imagine it can get to the point that simple posting gun pics, or identifying as a gun owner, could generate a contact/investigation.
Read several stories of a kid going shooting with dad, posting pics, and getting investigated/punished at school. Meanwhile, the nutter with the rape/kill list is just fine.
The same can happen with this site frankly. Just because it's a private venue doesn't mean someone couldn't find it and report.
At what point do gun owners go dark?

If anyone but Trump wins in 2020 is when gun owners go dark. Biden has clearly said he’s going after a ban on “assault weapons”. Wants them out of the public’s hands. Said he will implement a buy back program.

Stuff like this is basically why I don't use Facebook much anymore.
And for those of you who think you're safe because you locked down your account, you are not. There are plenty of ways to get around those filters, and in some cases even people within organizations like Twitter and Facebook have leaked what should have been private information/messages in order to support a political cause.

If there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to buy a gun, there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to vote.
For legal reasons, that's a joke.
Well that’s just foolishness. It takes a pretty dense person to not see the idiocy of such a comment in today’s world.

I have Facebook, I don't post anything on it, mainly to see posts from friends and family, pretty sad I silence my first amendment rights in order to preserve my second, it's supposed to be the other way around, add to that, I'm just not willing to debate with certain folks.

Being that red flag allows for anonymous, "free" complaints, I'm not sure that it matters much who reports it or what their association to you actually is. All they have to do is claim to be your cousin, teacher, or neighbor, how are you going to disprove it when they won't identify or let you face your accuser.
