Suggest Gunsmith to take Form 1'd AK from 14" down to 12" & Re-Crown?

Well when i said crown cutting tools I meant the real crown cutting tooling from brownells not a carriage bolt with lapping compound though my kids 22s they go to state with for 4h all have crowns that have been honed with a stainless carriage bolt and jb bore paste

Jackson Creek Armory did my SLR-106UR cut and crown the barrel and installed my folding stock for a few hundred dollars.
