Default Walmart will stop selling handgun ammo.

Even though you can do better on line and without tax:

Was mentioned in the El Paso Shooting thread since it was related.

Indeed but still way over priced. I wonder if they will still sell at same price?

Will they still sell me 9mm for my carbines? Or 22LR for my rifles?

What if I've got a T/C 30-30 pistol? Will they make me promise not to use 30-30 ammo I buy there in my pistol?

Meh. Never shop there anyway. Support your local small business instead.

Yeah, for T/C just about any caliber is a handgun round. 45-70 even.

I kind of miss my contender. I had a handful of barrels in really cool calibers like 7 TCU, 30 Herrett, 22 K Hornet, 300 Whisper, etc.

A friend of a friend had a lone eagle pistol chambered in 30-06. That thing would throw a fireball the size of a Volkswagen.

Probably sell the remaining stock at the typical price for a month or so, then clearance it out to get it out of their system. That would be my guess.

The days of online ammunition sales are numbered; and if you haven't purchased in awhile, we are getting taxed on all online purchases.
