Or even 4 holes, 1 drilled through both sides and one more 1/4 - 1/2" on top, again drilled through so there's an offset cross like pattern. BUT keep the end hole smaller, or closed so the pressure exits the sides .

Those pics give me an idea or 2 to work with, if you don't mind? Something else to put on the list.

When I tried one with multiple cuts in it the pressure dropped and dribbled more than sprayed .

Can't say with holes instead of cuts , I had no way to hold the tube and drill it , I would think it should work .

The tubing is a high pressure fuel line for a diesel fuel injection test bench , the ID is .050 ish .

The one is just straight through and the one with the cut has the end brazed shut and just sprays at 90 deg about half way around.

These pictures are after about an hour of cleaning. I put about 5000 rounds through the can before hearing the rattle of carbon pieces inside. It took me several weeks to get everything cleaned up. CLR is your friend if you ever get into this situation.

It's a barrel extension at that point.

I think someone needs to come up with a simpler cleaning solution for suppressors. I have a few thousand rounds through mine and without a doubt it could use a good cleaning. Heck, all a guy has to do is look at the carbon build-up on the end of the rifle barrel after as little as 50 rounds, and he can imagine just how much is in the suppressor.
I'd like to weigh mine just to see how much weight it has gained over the 9 years that I've had it. No doubt it has put on at least a few ounces of crud.
Laws aren't "preventable" measures. IOW, more gun laws won't stop mass shootings.

I figured the easiest way to make the tube with small holes at the end, using a stainless tube. Was a carbine length AR gas tube, that i happen to have 30 of them, i picked up @ a garage sale. Just need to secure it to an air line spray nozzle.

Probably next in queue, after i kind of finish the reloading room.

Like the OSS cans? This is their advertising of course. I haven't shot a single round through mine, so I can't report on how well this works in real life.
