    On May 26, a rancher reported to the Otero County Sheriff?s Office (OCSO) that his 13-year-old son was shot at while rounding up cattle on leased grazing property in the county, the release says. The rancher noted that his son was near a suspected illegal marijuana grow.

    Such a force for good in this state.

    As long as it?s still illegal on a Federal level, and cannot cross state lines with it and you cannot obtain or retain a CDL if tested positive for it I will keep my opinion about it.

    Goes beyond a CDL. There are many employers that test for it and it will disqualify employment.

    One can make a direct correlation.
    If it were not for the Volstead Act making alchohol illegal we likely would not have seen the escalation in organized crime which the St Valentines was a result of.
