No, he isn't. It's not standing your ground when you drive across town to "protect" someone else's property. Property that wasn't damaged. Right to open carry? What does that have to do with people protesting ICE?
What larger picture? Has anyone even read the article? Non-violent protest (per police), zero damage, three people arrested for blocking traffic.
Am I reading a different article than everyone else? What am I missing? The responses in the thread, and even the police chief's tweet don't make sense, within the context of the article posted.
