What part of the 1st Amendment requires truthful speech?

The fvcking congressmen have no fvcking clue how free speech works. Why should FB spend any time or money fact checking political ads. These ads are used to sway opinion, and should be free of any regulation, other than slander. It is not FB's job to police free speech.
