That is an oldie but goodie.......

Since the signs are uni-directional (from right to left), just remove the signs from one direction of road travel. Once all of the deer have moved in the directed direction, they'll not be crossing the road anymore. Then you can just remove the signs entirely. It's easy and conveniently locates the deer in the same place.

This made me laugh. I whizzed on the bear box for years and it had no noticable effect. It's still fun to whizz on something though, so why not?
