How could anyone be surprised of the verdict or "not have it sit right", this isn't CSI Miami. Put your sunglasses down...there is physical evidence, and basically all trials are won/lost on circumstantial. #1 active affair, #2 cell phone texts and locations, makes the affair partner pretty credible, being she had the Mrs phone. Then you have the whole "trying to hire people to kill the affair partner" while in prison bit, which is backed up by physically written notes by the suspect. Do you guys think she wrote those in his handwriting and snuck them into prison? It's all a big conspiracy to keep him from being a Supreme Court jurist? Lol...

How about him being recorded at her house by a neighbor's camera 11 times on the day she was killed? Including him entering with Kelsey that day. He was recorded leaving later with the baby but she never did.
