Why would you want to get rid of magazines?

Just sell them out of state, no need to disassemble anything.

also, based on testimony in the state supreme court on the magazine law the other day the “readily convertible” clause in the law is supposed to ban/apply to kits as they are readily convertable into magazines over 15 rounds.

It is not possible to "clarify" this for you because there is no basis for it.

You can sell them in state but you will likely be breaking the law.

Keep them or sell them out of state.

The law does not say anything about "kits." That is a made up term people have invented so they can think they are sneaking around the law.

If you mean selling them here, nope. Not allowed.

Why would you want to sell something you legally cannot replace?

Now that that's asked, you can sell them. Just have to invest a few $$ to add those mag blocks to them. What the buyer does after that is on them.

My understanding is..."high capacity mags" couldn't be bought, sold, traded by Colorado citizens without being a licensed gun dealer. There wasn't an exception for non ffl selling out of state.

If anyone feels guilty about having plastic molded boxes of death (practically Hitler!), I will accept their sin and evil here in OK for the low, low price of shipping. I’ll even send you pics of them having fun on the farm.
