Just sell them out of state, no need to disassemble anything.
also, based on testimony in the state supreme court on the magazine law the other day the “readily convertible” clause in the law is supposed to ban/apply to kits as they are readily convertable into magazines over 15 rounds.

Why would you want to sell something you legally cannot replace?
Now that that's asked, you can sell them. Just have to invest a few $$ to add those mag blocks to them. What the buyer does after that is on them.

My understanding is..."high capacity mags" couldn't be bought, sold, traded by Colorado citizens without being a licensed gun dealer. There wasn't an exception for non ffl selling out of state.
