Default Co. Springs recommendations for personal defense

One of the guys i shoot with has a daughter in CoS, attending the University of CoS. He asked if there's anyone i would suggest / refer her to for self defense classes.

I know he'd like her to take a hand gun class. But not sure if she's actually buy a gun and carry it after ward.

So a personal / self defense class[es] would be the first option. Hopefully morphing in to a hand gun class afterward.

Who would be some people you springs folks would suggest she contact, for more information?

    Much appreciated.

+2 on BJJ.. being able to defend yourself/grapple with someone that has you on the ground is a skill well worth having.
