Car Lein from E470 bills

Was having a discussion with someone and can?t seem to find the answer. Does E470 put a lein on a car title or just the registration if you fail to pay.

Not that i know of but they can block you from renewing your registration, my nephew found that out the hard way.

I do believe you can get an exemption if you are military deployed, from penalties.

The window installers left my switchable HOV pass on my old windshield so I had to pay a fee times before I ordered a new one. Very upsetting.

The E470 scanners never recognize the windshield tag in my wifes Subaru.
The old transponders always worked.

The e470 cameras cant see my tags on my truck. It is mounted below the spare tire carrier and I dont have a front plate. Nice when I go to the airport from the south.

Send bill with payment along with the original envelope showing when it was sent. If they hassle you with late fees, you have a legitimate case for fraud.
