We received a "Bill" that was forwarded from the old CO address date of use was 10/18 Called them and said there was a mistake as we were not in the state at that time.

Can you prove it? Sure , first i'd like to see a photo of said lic plate, not some letter. Besides i have a copy of my AZ title for that vehicle, dated 30 days prior to this bill. Umm ok, click.

They've become the Heather from Vehicle Warranty, scam.

If we're talking about RV's and reg fees in general now, I too have felt the pinch of the ridiculous Co State roads and bridges fees and registration like everyone else. Before we traded it in on a new 2018, my old 2004 5th wheel registration was more than my 2004 truck. FFS, I bought them both in the same month and the truck MSRP was damn sure more than the RV. The RV only gets out on the road 5-6 times a year on average so WTF?

Is it because it doesn't have to pay the taxes on fuel?

Then what about EV's? Did I see something in one of the long EV argument threads that EV registration had a built in extra charge to offset the lack of gas taxes paid?

Funny, I’ve been using E-470 2x a day M-F for over 15yrs and never had a problem with them. If I did have a discrepancy and needed to make contact, they were always helpful and prompt ‍♂️

That's pretty much been my experience.

I also have never had a problem with them.

A front plate is required in CO so technically Eric P is breaking the law.

Oh hell yeah, the denver parking people must just spend all day driving around looking for no front plate. Didn't have a front plate on my car for 4 years, never had an issue. Parked it downtown and it had a ticket within an hour.

My son had some unpaid E-470 tolls that he never received the bill for (they were still going to an old address even though he had updated the address on his registration). It started as about $20 in tolls, ended up at $120 including fees and bill collector bullshit. He called and bitched at them a bunch, and finally one of the customer service people said he could waive all the fees, etc, if he agreed to sign up for express toll and pre-paid the standard required starting balance. Not sure why it took several days of phone calls to offer that option.

Same, just fishing. I got pulled over in Wheat Ridge in high school; just a warning, and only because it was sideways and only secured with one bolt.
