Sealing Air Ducts from Inside - Aerosol ?

I guess my opinion is leaking duct work is not a huge problem, on the supply it is conditioned air and still conditions your house, the supply I am all in favor or leak because we live in Colorado and there is no such thing as too much return air, especially in a house that has inherently bad air flow to start with. It?s not like your measuring D.P. Like we do in labs.

also a bucket of that duct sealer is like 30 bucks or so and can seal your house a few times over probably
