Don't mean to bump an old thread, but long story short...I bought a Tokarev from Classic from some of my student loans that ended up being defective. I got a full refund, and my wife has been eyeing one of these. Is it worth buying? Locally there's one and I put it on a 24 hour hold to think it over.
I really like the one I have. I was hesitant at first from some bad reviews, but I’ve shot maybe 300 rounds from mine of mixed quality and brands and have had maybe 3 FtF...? But they were all from Winchester Xpert .22 and I had the same issues in my bolt guns and anything else that uses .22 BECAUSE THAT AMMO SUCKS!!! Whoa sorry got a little hot there.
Bottom line if it’s cheap enough get the Glock 44, it makes shooting GSSF matches cheaper too!!!
I like mine. Minus the weight it simulates my G19 pretty good.
I even used it in my Recover Glock brace. I want to try it out in my MCK this Friday.
Cheap shooting and have not had any failures yet shooting Federal and Aguila.
It?s a $299 price range pistol in my opinion but if you can find a cheap one get it.
Friends don’t let friends shoot Winchester Xpert.......

NO RANGE FOR YOU!!!.....NEXT!!!
I've got about 5k through my 44. It definitely is shooting better the more rounds I put through it. The first 1-2k had some malfunctions. Not horrible but it is noticeably improved now.

I got the threaded barrel to run a can. Remington subs are awful. But Aguila “standard” runs well. The original barrel is better, but the more I run the better it runs.
