I don’t think there is one. Some will tell you that a match grade upper will give you better accuracy, but I don’t think it’s worth the money. Don’t go for a cheep one, get a name brand, you can even get a Colt for $210.20 from Brownells ( www.brownells.com )
Looking at the Troy/BCM flip up rear BUIS, cursory research says it's got a pretty good rep. As an alternative, are there any reputable and reliable BUIS that are elevation adjustable? I'd like to retain capability where possible (though eventually the plan is for a main optic sight) though I guess in most cases the IBZ gets you through most of your engagement envelope. Seems like LMT makes a railed rear sight feature identical to the A2, but it's fixed, not flip down. I could still shoot regular irons High Power matches with that. Hmm...decisions, decisions.
The Troy is a good one, YHM makes good ones also. For my red dot sight I run an Eo-Tech, I like the LMT style, and have a RRA Dominator. This way you run co-witnessed all the time, and if the red dot goes down you don’t have to do anything to use your irons. Of all the fixed BIS’s, I think the LMT style is the best. I’ve never shot High Power so I can’t give you an answer on that one.

A match grade upper is typically machined to the minimum of the tolerance range = tighter fit of components which will not hurt accuracy at all. To get the full benefit of it however you are going to want the barrel and extension fitted and matched to the bolt and then double check the headspace.

Another option would be to use a cantilever mount for your optic, which will allow you to keep a normal cheek weld.
