They'll probably just create an immunity for those people; which would be terrible.
This is why Sheriffs saying they won't enforce these unconstitutional laws and 2A sanctuaries are not the way to go ... eventually the good people will be replaced. If the laws are on the books it doesn't matter whether they are being enforced or not, eventually they will be.
