Anyone on here have an investment property that is used for AirBnB or VRBO? I have general questions about what to look for in a property in general, but I'm mostly concerned with first hand experience with property management companies specifically. How did you find yours? What are the general rates/fees to be expected? Etc. Anticipating suggestions that I do it all my self, thanks, but that is not in the equation.
