    No, Will, that is not what will happen. The single court case is not decisive. Its not precedential at all. And its unlikely that the judge's reasoning would convince any appeal court.

    It would not be good if upper receiver became the serialized part.

    Reading TTAG kills brain cells. Friends don't let friends read TTAG.
