Boost is being sold to Dish and Dish has a contract with T-Mobile for access to their network for 7 years.

I had AT&T, moved to Sprint, and am currently on Verizon. My old office building had no signal for T-Mobile. I've been much happier with Verizon for service during interstate travel and I also I've had much better network performance than I ever had with Sprint "unlimited".
