    Yup pretty much, and it's only gotten worse. I'm new to the supervisor world, so I know I've got my work cut out for me. I'm also non bargaining now.

    LOL, Ive seen guys get DUI's in snowplows and still keep their job.

    I know one who totaled a state vehicle while drunk while on a work trip. Got fired, but the state was required to rehire him and provide a driver so he could continue doing his job. Low level design engineer.

    I know of a CDOT employee that ran over another one (fatal). Now, I don't know whether or not it was preventable, but I do know he's still employed.
