    Basically an expansion of the surveillance state and trying to cut the legs off of a free internet, opening all sorts of doorways nobody here wants to open. This kind of thing is bad for everyone - GOP, Libertarians, even freaking democrats.

    He probably wants Chinese' level surveillance state here too, "for the kids" *clears throat* not about absolute government control of citizenry, "for the kids".
