And I am surprised they don?t shut things down and send their employees home for a couple of weeks and flat out stop processing background checks at all.

This is coming. I give it 2 more days.

Yup, this has been discussed by the gun-grabbers as one of the "loopholes" in the process... I believe after 3 days, if the FFL has not received the decision, it may legally proceed anyway.
'Unless a law-abiding individual has a firearm for his or her own defense, the police typically arrive after it is too late. With rigor mortis setting in, they mark and bag the evidence, interview bystanders, and draw a chalk outline on the ground' - Judge Benitez , 2019, Duncan v. Becerra.

'One of the ordinary modes by which Tyrants accomplish their purpose without resistance is by disarming the people and making it an offense to keep arms.' Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story, 1840.

Wouldn?t the CO state law on transfers prohibit the allowed transfer after no response? Or does it not apply to FFLs?

Just got an email from Target Sports USA. If you're buying ammo, expect a 10-day delay due to volume.

Still in queue, current queue nearly 4k. That's 28 hours plus right now.

Sportsmans Warehouse has imposed a limit of 2 handgun and 1 MSR purchase per customer per day. They've also limited ammo purchases.
(at least in WA, but I expect it to be pretty much everywhere)

When panic sets in, people stock up on guns and ammo. I don't understand why they don't prepare before a crisis hits. There is always one more coming.
