    Not accurate, it does not matter if you have a carry permit in Ohio, just a correct drivers license

    Let me clarify, you don?t have to wait for them to call and get a blessing over the phone before you can leave with your purchase when you have a carry permit.

    North Carolina was also this way if you had a carry permit. Unfortunately in North Carolina if you didn?t have a carry permit you had to go to your local sheriff and get a pistol purchase permit each time you wanted to buy a handgun. The legislature tried to undo the Jim Crow holdover law this year but the Dem governor vetoed it.

    Correct. Fill out 4473. Show I.D and CCW. walk out after paying for gun[s] A ffl one uses, frequently, has you on file, so even that process is fast.
