    iv. Businesses that provide food, shelter, and social services, and other
    necessities of life for economically disadvantaged or otherwise needy
    individuals;
    v. Newspapers, television, radio, and other media services;
    vi. Gas stations and auto-supply, auto-repair, bicycle supply, bicycle repair,
    and related facilities;
    vii. Banks and related financial institutions;
    viii. Hardware stores;
    ix. Licensed gun and ammunition retailers;
    The most important thing to be learned from those who demand "Equality For All" is that all are not equal...

    That's good to hear.

    This FFL exemption hasn't been added to Denver but oddly enough IS included in the Boulder County order (Page 7).

    Just now- About 12-15 people standing in line 6 ft apart in the sun outside the Thornton Cabela's just waiting to get in. I wanted to stop by, but no thanks...

    Governor Doug Ducey’s recent Executive Order 2020-12 designates “firearm and ammunition suppliers and retailers for purposes of safety and security” under "Essential Businesses and Operations," exempting them from being shut down during this state of emergency. In doing so, Gov. Ducey properly upheld Arizona Revised Statute 26-303.J

    Quick update, so I filled out my 4473 around 1 or 1:30 Friday, got the call today at 12:15 it was back... Crazy long wait times!

    I've got a lower delivering to my FFL Friday... They better be deemed essential so I can get my 10 day wait background check in.
