Does the State have peemption, so the state overrules, probably not but they are all the same anyway.

It was a link from CO public radio; Polis Stay at home order
It was not showing it as a signed copy but I assuming the orders were given to the press at or shortly after the announcement.

Thought it was the Governor's thing, though the context is exactly the same as the press announcement version. Firearm stores are open.
