I don't know anything of their conviction rate. I do know that the US Attorney's threshold for prosecution is generally pretty high. A few years ago, I investigated a tax fraud case where the feds were out over a million and the state was out around $80K and I ended up charging in the state as the AUSA wasn't interested.Originally Posted by Rucker61

A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America ' for an amount of 'up to and including my life.'
That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.
