Yup that is what I did on last transfer. I will tell the buyer that or I would rather keep my firearm.

Crazy FFL holding my firearm for 3 days(place known for breakins) is crazy, but paying for it to get my own gun back will drive me insane.

The last gun I sold we met at the FFL and the buyer paid me before he started the BCG.

I purchased a firearm at noon on Monday, and got the all clear call at 2 pm on Tuesday, 26 hours...

Submitted around 1p Tuesday, waiting to hear, can’t get back to the store until Saturday so no biggie for me.

Went to TripleJ at about 6:15. Waited 20 minutes and RO guy came to do transfer.
Money paid before transfer. Buyer checked the firearm twice in detail and he was extremely happy about being like new.
