Not doubting what you are saying, but in 3 years I have never seen this happen while at a large volume retailer. Anything is possible. I have just never seen it.Originally Posted by MAP

This I have seen on several occasions.
We print out our queue and check daily. One day a customer will be mid way on the queue, next day they vanish. I've seen people go from in queue to in process and back to in queue.

I am now starting to conclude that the stimulus $ being proportional to longer background check is very accurate assumption.
Was at Springs Armory picking up some none of your f’n business and the girl at the counter said it was down to less than 2 days lately.
Now I’m even more tempted to get something I was eyeing!!
