    Default Impressive 3d printed gun

3d printer plans are available to create the gun itself, plus the mags (glock compatible mags).

Even the barrel is home made, using hardened steel tubing, and a DIY version of electrochemical machining for the rifling.

Details about the rifling are in this article:

A twitter feed with a bunch of vids as well.

edit: digging around, I guess this is at least a couple months old. I think the official cad files were released today.

Here's another page showing an earlier version of the barrel rifling process

That s really cool. Two things went through my noggin while looking at it:

    1) Do all the people out there who are buying their first gun know they can make their own?

    2) What would be involved in making one in 10mm Auto?
