Thought for next texture project. Tack your texture device to a sacrificial hammer. Make it a one handed operation instead of two.
That's a pretty good idea, and I do have sacrificial hammers.

Both. Very solid. Welded into the unibody.

Well, I finally got to spend some time straightening and organizing a bunch of my firearm stuff. I had stuff in the garage and in three other rooms and now everything is in one room and much better organized.

I also pulled the rear sight aperture off of a spare A2 upper I have lying around and installed it on an A1 upper so I can have the larger 0-200 hole.

I have a Kydex holster that I don't care for so if I get bored later I might spend a little time modifying it so that it better suits my needs.

    There. Fixed.

Here it is before. Note the clippy thing is directly over the trigger guard (which is fine) and then there is almost an additional inch of plastic sticking out behind the trigger guard. Makes the whole thing way bigger than it needs to be and feels like you are shoving a book into you waistband.

So I trimmed off the unnecessary plastic, relocated the tension adjustment to the front of the trigger guard, and placed the clip just below the cylinder. Now the holster is a bit more size appropriate for its intended host.

When I was done, I also sang a song about cheese.
