Hey guys. I've been looking at different inexpensive optics to throw onto my AR-10 for hunting and an intro into long range shooting (looking to see how much I enjoy it before spending $1k on another optic). I was looking to drop in the $300 range for an optic. Honestly, I'm looking at entry-level prices before I commit to a more expensive optic.
Until recently I've been sold on the Vortex Diamondback Tactical FFP 4-16. I like Vortex's warranty and I've heard a lot of good about them.
Then I saw the Primary Arms SLx 4-14 FFP, which also has great reviews. I'm looking to go with an MOA reticle.
Looking for which of these (or others) I should go with as an intro into long range shooting and possibly some hunting.
