Vehicle registration?

Do you know if vehicles previously registered would be considered first time? I still have both vehicles plates from before (DV and regular).

If you registered them in another state then would be considered new CO registration.

That's what I would expect.

Those prior plates are wall hangers now.

If you titled in another state, I think you'll also have to pay the title fee again for Co.
