Who should I go to to get a glock lower engraved for a form 1? I?m in the Springs but I could make the drive to Denver if there aren?t any good options in town...

I believe that is the same outfit that engraved my SBR.
Did the job to the specs specified by the ATF, even had the correct font.

Did you mean to say font size? There's no "font" requirement.
".003 minimum depth and print size no smaller than 1/16 inch"
Hotly debated but there's no requirement to engrave. UNLESS you remove/sell it. But we all do it anyway...

It has been a while, so I dug around the ATF web site and internet a bit.
You are correct about there being no "font" requirement, depth is defined as well as how that is measured, size is defined as well as where that is measured from, and they also state Roman letters and arabic numerals (with reference to ATF letter 2002-6).
The serial number adopted must be comprised of only a combination of Roman letters and Arabic numerals, or solely Arabic numerals, and can include a hyphen.
These markings must be conspicuously placed on the NFA item (since we are discussing SBR's).
