Hello!

I just moved back to Colorado to help take care of my Mom who's not doing very well (not related to current events), I've lived in the Republic of Illinois for many years due to work; I'm so glad to be back in the Centennial State!

Out there I used to be "in the business" with a small shop, doing professional gun photography, writing reviews, and assisting with some product designs - but business got so thin that I went back to my day job in IT and I've been so busy I haven't been out shooting in literally 3+ years!! (not to mention all the old skool ranges being pushed to close out there didn't help). I was also part of regular fights for our 2A rights out there - some videos of what we've done have made the news.

Anyways, I stumbled into this forum while researching some parts, and I'm like Hell Yes! I'm hoping you all can help me find some recommended stores, quiet shooting spots where I can brush up on my rusty skills, and help teach my girlfriend and her son how to shoot properly, and help me help the fight for our 2A Rights.

Are there any other Colorado forums or FB groups I should be looking into?

Welcome back. Colorado Clays isn't too far from Commerce city if you are a clay shooter. They do have a pistol and rifle range as well, never shot those there but always see a few people doing it.
